You’ll see your Order ID (e.g., #ASF-1023) in the payment notes.
3) Pay & Confirmation
Pay with Visa/Mastercard on the Payoneer page. We’ll auto-confirm your order and start processing immediately.
You’ll receive a payment receipt from Payoneer and an order confirmation from Asifora.

Yes. Payoneer is a global, PCI-compliant payment processor. Your card details are encrypted and never shared with us.
Q2. I didn’t receive the payment link. What do I do?
Check Spam/Junk. If not found within 10 minutes, message us on WhatsApp or email with your Order ID.
Q3. Can I pay in SAR?
Yes. You can pay by card; the payment will be processed in USD and converted automatically by your bank at the current rate.
Q4. Refunds & Cancellations
If you cancel before shipping, we’ll refund via the same payment method. After shipping, please see our Return & Refund Policy page.
Q5. Do you store my card data?
No. Card processing happens only on Payoneer’s secure page.

خطوات الدفع (٣ خطوات سهلة)
١) أكمل طلبك
ضع المنتجات في السلة → إتمام الشراء → اختر “الدفع عبر بايونير (يدوي)”.
٢) استلام رابط الدفع
خلال ٥–١٠ دقائق سنرسل رابط دفع من بايونير إلى بريدك/واتساب: info@asifora.com / +966 55 602 3972.
سيظهر رقم طلبك (مثال: #ASF-1023) ضمن ملاحظات الدفع.
٣) ادفع واستلم التأكيد
ادفع ببطاقة فيزا/ماستركارد عبر صفحة بايونير الآمنة. سنؤكد الطلب فوراً ونبدأ المعالجة.
ستصلك إيصال الدفع من بايونير وتأكيد الطلب من أسيفورا.

نعم، بايونير مزود عالمي متوافق مع معايير الأمان، وبيانات بطاقتك مشفّرة ولا نحتفظ بها.
لم يصلني رابط الدفع؟
تحقق من مجلد الرسائل غير المرغوب فيها. إذا لم يصلك خلال 10 دقائق، تواصل معنا على الواتساب أو البريد مع رقم الطلب.
هل يمكنني الدفع بالريال السعودي؟
نعم، سيتم تحصيل المبلغ بالدولار الأمريكي مع تحويل تلقائي من بنكك حسب سعر الصرف.
الإلغاء والاسترجاع
في حال الإلغاء قبل الشحن نعيد المبلغ عبر نفس وسيلة الدفع. بعد الشحن يرجى مراجعة صفحة سياسة الاسترجاع والاسترداد.
